  4. Thank you Adriene! I was one of those asking for a video for unhappy knees 🙂
    In the bridge pose, I feel quite a lot of pressure in the lower arch of the spine unless I use the abs and glutes to keep it in place. Without the glutes, the bridge is a bit lower, but I gave it a go. I guess I have to strengthen my core so it can support the spine a bit more… thanks for the video!

  12. please do a „seated yoga“ routine! i fell in love with yoga because of you, but due to so many knee dislocations, doc said i cant do anymore yoga until i get physical therapy or surgery, and i am defintely missing my yoga fix. PLEASE HELP

  16. Thank you sooooooo much for this video Adriene!!!!! I had done the beginners yoga for a week and had started the 30 day challenge and was on day 10. I was enjoying it a lot. I had hurt my knee cap about 2 months ago and they had healed before i started the yoga. But after day 10 i felt the familiar pain on my knee . So i had to stop this week but i was sad as i love doing yoga with you. I thought i would rest for sometime to let it heal. Then i wanted to see if there is any yoga for weak knees and here i come across you again.

  17. Dear Adriene, your videos are fun and helpful. I’d just love if you would post more of 15 minutes energising yoga videos. I am pretty busy so rarely I can do yoga for more than 15 minutes.
