This is the edited version of The Mathematics of Weight Loss presented by Ruben Meerman.

    what a complete waste of 20 minutes… heres the summation of the video for everybody: TO LOSE WEIGHT JUST EAT LESS, EXERCISE MORE, AND KEEP BREATHING.

    I wouldn’t say weight loss is“easy“. I, like many adults, had a lot of excess weight. I lost about 100 lbs. I did exactly as he says, „eat less, move more.“ When asked how I did it, I told people the same thing. But, I followed up with, „it’s simple, but not easy.“ So, I would challenge the phrase, „it’s easy“ and replace it with „simple“.

    Interesting talk, however, it’s a pity there was no mention of calorie density in foods. Eat less food means you have to rely on will power for weight loss, which almost always leads to failure.
    Eating as much as you want of low calorie density foods is much easier. Eating a whole foods, entirely plant diet centred on starches to keep you feeling full and satisfied, but with minimal oils, minimal refined/processed foods, and you get to eat yummy food, and eat pretty much as much as you like, and the weight usually melts off (that’s been my experience, and there have been good studies showing this too).

    For me, ditching dairy from my diet is what made all the difference. I used to weight 105 kg, then I stopped eating dairy and lost about 35 kg in six months without trying! Then I’ve maintained close to that weight ever since, about 8 years ago.

    Wheat has many aggressive proteins besides gluten and become very destructive on intestine lining, weakening the immune system with 3rd World-like malnutrition. It also has extremely high amounts of carbohydrates, increasing the risk of diabetes. Avoid bread and WheetBix and any other flour-based foods like pizza „*““““*“**““**““
