  1. Genn Architecture congratulations! Unless there are any medical complications the guidelines say that you can continue with your current exercise regime throughout the first trimester.
This program is designed for those who already enjoy Pilates or would like to start. Pilates is definitely a gentler style of exercise but it is perfect for pregnancy as targets all of the important muscle groups.
Wishing you all the best. X

  2. I am used to more tasking exercising like HIIT Cardio, Abs. Though I’m 5weeks pregnant, this feel like scaling down too much. Are there more tasking yet safe pregnancy exercises I can engage in?

  3. Annett Musumeci Thanks so much! Yes they’re great outside of pregnancy, I recommend them to male and female clients all the time! Xxx

  4. So pleased you’re loving them! You can do the first four videos up until 16 weeks of pregnancy. Then I would recommend moving onto my second trimester videos. From 16 weeks it is recommended that you shouldn’t lie on your back. We should also reduce the ab intensity around then too xx

  5. That is a very good pilates program. Thank you very much! I’am glad I discovered it early in pregnancy and can get right into it. I also think I will enjoy your exercises even after pregnancy. Did you make a postnatal video?

  6. I really love your video, but how many weeks of pregnant can do that?

  7. Oh congratulations and thank you 🙂

  8. Thank you so much for every video you post! I love the detailed instructions and gentle guidance! I can’t wait to start! Thanks again

  9. Hi Genevieve so sorry for the delay – your comment came the day our baby arrived! The earlier months are actually harder so startingf rom month 4 would actually be the perfect place to start. Best wishes, Megan x

  10. Hi Megan, I love you program, thank you! I have really only gotten into it this week (week 15 of my pregnancy) and I’m wondering if I should go straight to month 4 of the program or start with some of the earlier ones to build strength first? Thank you.

  11. Hi Marjorie. The current guidelines are 30 minutes of moderate exercise on most days of the week! I recommend pilates making up 3 of these sessions. Enjoy xxx
