Pilates For Pregnancy – Month NINE – Third Trimester

I'm a physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor and I specialise in Physiotherapy and Pilates training in pregnancy and post-natally. I wanted to make a series of videos to support every woman through pregnancy and strengthen your whole body for the changes to come. I have recorded one Pilates program a month throughout my pregnancy for you to follow through yours.
This month – month nine – we focus on simultaneously opening and strengthening the pelvis. This both prepares us for labour and post-natal recovery.

  6. Thanks for the great workout. Are you going to do postnatal rehab videos? Such as ab rehab or diastasis recti exercises?
