I'm a physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor and I specialise in Physiotherapy and Pilates training in pregnancy and post-natally. I wanted to make a series of videos to support every woman through pregnancy and strengthen your whole body for the changes to come. I'll be recording one Pilates program a month throughout my pregnancy for you to follow through yours.
This month I have put together my favourite exercises for the prevention and treatment of pelvic girdle pain. If you have pelvic girdle pain, the exercises in this sequence should strengthen and support you to improve your symptoms.
