    I loved #4 and #8.
I actually started the „no snooze button“ and a few days ago and its helped so much. My life is waiting so why press snooze.

I love the questions „What do I really want?“ and since I just wrote that question down I have had so many things I want to achieve and know its all reachable because people do it everyday.

  19. Obviously not knowing what happens after death is something what all people think about. Many people say they don’t fear death at all. I have a friend who is a surgeon. She said when people are dying they ALL seem to fear death and try to cling onto the last bit of life. I guess the fear of death is also a survival instinct. An antelope fights until it’s last breathe when attacked by wild dogs or lions. Humans always feared death and probably had all kind of belief systems to deal with it.
To think that we might spend so much time learning new things and at the end we’re just gone into nothingness, is too hard to accept. I think every kind of fear(fear of heights, fear of spiders, fear of closed spaces etc) is ultimately based on the fear of death.
The problem is that people who believe in Christ aren’t automatically free of all fear. Christianity includes a lot of fear mongering, just like many other religions. If you don’t obey the rules of the God or if sin, you go to Hell. That belief can actually increase a person’s anxiety and I’m sure many Christians live in constance fear that their behavior will mean eternal punishment.

Everyday I am studying and questioning things. I believe all of us want to do the right thing, we all seek truth. I am still searching, but there are some observations I have made. I believe that there must be a God, I know that for sure. Anything else…. I don’t know. One reason I believe is that I have noticed an innate desire of mankind to worship something or someone, where did that come from? I grew up christian. And I was taught that one reason we were created was to worship God. And no matter who or where we are , there is a tendency to worship. what do you think of this?

  21. I grew up with an atheist Latino father in a Jewish neighborhood in New York. I didn’t even really know who Jesus was supposed to be until I was about 12. If you had grown up in India you would not believe in Jesus either. You would be a Muslim or Hindu.
How can anyone be sure that their faith is the real faith? The indigenous people of Bolivia, the home country of my father, believe in the Pachamama. My German mother’s ancestors believed in fairies, elves etc until the Romans forced Christianity onto them.
In other words, people believe what they were taught as a child, like you already said, but who is to say what faith is the right one? The whole world is fighting over these issues.
In a way I envy people who can have faith but you can’t believe just because you want to believe. If I told you fairies exist(certain people, for example in Island, still believe in fairies), you would be offended and completely reject it as silliness.
I CAN imagine that you are more balanced tho.

  22. BforeverRuth sagt:

faith is taught, from what we hear we either believe it or not. El Jay are all your thoughts yours or what you grew up hearing created your perspective on life?

I just tried that 5 second rule to get me out of bed this morning and it actually worked!!…I have to be faster than my brain , it wants to turn me into a burrito ..I will start off small using it to get out of bed ..I hope it can get me to go even further because knowing what you should be doing and actually doing it are 2 very different things.

  27. BforeverRuth sagt:

What if you lived your life with cause like charity, appreciated life and lived in complete serenity.

What if you trust that your gut, the universe and God are working in harmony for your good so that you, your soul and spirit can prosper in limitless abundance

What if you choose faith over fear
    Believe over doubt
    Love over hate
    Success over failure
    Life over death

What if you lived with the Purpose to fulfill your Potential what if you treasured your time, act on your vision, committed to start living, on your terms, and not on the opinion of others , loving yourself in your imperfections, and accepting the imperfections of others. No judgement, discrimination, or prejudice.

What if you turned these what if into why not, and live out and create the best version of you. where you wake up excited about what you do ,what you have become. So be brave , step out, live out and serve, the best version of you is waiting for you to check up.

    By Yours truely
