This video will show you how to get a smaller waist but keep your curves. It contains our best tips and exercises for getting curves and how to get a small waist. If you want to know how to get an hourglass figure, you need to follow a healthy diet and weightlift. This video will show you how to lose weight and keep your curves, which is often a tough thing to do.

Most women notice that when they start to learn how to get a small waist and begin to lose bodyfat, their curves often disappear right along with it. These tips and exercises are ideal for learning how to get a curvy body AND how to get a tiny waist.

There are three tips on how to get an hourglass figure. First you’ll want to eat healthy fats as part of your healthy diet. It will also be important not to starve yourself, but to make sure you’re getting enough nutrition to keep your metabolism running high and be able to build muscle to build those curves.

There are also 4 exercises for building curves that will also help you get a smaller waist. Give each of the exercises for getting curves a try. You should do 10-12 reps of each of these exercises to learn how to get a small waist fast. If you are a beginner shoot for 1-2 rounds of this workout to get a smaller waist. If you are more advanced you can try for 3-4 rounds of this workout to learn how to get curves.   3. I started athleanxx 4 weeks ago. I love it. Earlier this summer I started a plant-based diet. I stopped the workout a couple of weeks ago, to focus purely on my nutrition and metabolism in relation to my food intake. This was when the real difference began –when I quit all sucrose (glucose + fructose) in the form of refined sugar, HFCS, honey, and all sweeteners. NOW, my visceral fat finally seems to be vanishing. The workout wasn’t doing much without the change in nutrition. NOW, I’m excited to combine the two! I can’t wait to try this new workout above.

  7. I really need a workout routine for chronic pain from a knee injury (torn meniscus, Dr won’t do surgery yet). Every exercise involves the knees and my knees become very painful and make me not want to exercise. It is so discouraging and I am losing all the progress I made. Went to pt for six weeks. The tear was possibly from over use on cardio machines, muscle imbalance, and age. I do not have arthritis.
