  5. love your your video. you explain so simple and easy to understand. this is a great pose i wish i cld do but it ignites pain in my left psoas and that keeps me from doing this pose. stretching seems to make it worse. have had much physical therapy and that has not helped. wld love any advice you can give me. again thank you for this vid.
