This 5 minute ab workout contains the five best moves for abs. In this 5 min ab workout, you’ll do 5 exercises for 30 seconds each. You’ll do the entire five min ab workout 2 rounds through. This 5 minute ab express workout is intense enough that it will feel like a complete abs workout.

A five minute abs routine is perfect for when you’re short on time and can’t fit in a complete ab workout. You can get the best 30 minute ab workout here , but if the day is too busy, just substitute in this five min ab workout.

Here are the exercises in this 5 minute flat abs workout. Remember to do each exercise for 30 seconds and then move onto the next move in the 5 min ab workout. Do the entire 5 min abs workout twice through:

1) Alternate Leg Crunch
2) Straddle Sit Up
3) V Ups
4) Pike Ups
5) Heels to Heavens Pulse
